Coronavirus – Your Health Matters

In response to the CDC’s request to take the COVID-19 outbreak seriously, and with concern for our customers, their employees, as well as our own,
iSP3 has initiated steps to pause on-site work visits for the next 3 – 4 weeks.

As COVID-19 continues to spread globally, we are following the situation closely and taking steps to lessen health risks associated with the coronavirus:

  • We continue to focus on the needs of our customers, maintaining remote services and support operations as before
  • We respect employee concerns related to travel during this challenging time and have provided the necessary tools for them to remain connected to customers for support
  • We encourage everyone to be vigilant and to follow the World Health Organization’s public advice on how to stay healthy

More Information

  • The World Health Organization (WHO) is coordinating the international response to the situation and is providing more information here
  • Find reliable information for your country through the following agencies: the Public Health Agency of Canada; the US Centers for Disease Control (USCDC)
  • Stick to the facts as communicated by public-health agencies and medical professionals
  • Keep in mind that there's a concerted global effort to try and contain this virus, and the World Health Organization is maintaining a webpage with answers to common questions
  • And, of course, stay healthy. Washing your hands often, and properly is the single most effective way to stop the spread of disease

Stay Healthy!
