iSP3 was the first Oracle customer in North America to migrate our on premise EnterpriseOne applications onto Oracle’s Public Cloud. We adopted the First Generation Oracle Cloud in 2016 which decreased our monthly cost by 50% and improved our up time to 99.5%. In 2018, we upgraded JDE to E9.2 and migrated to Oracle’s Second Generation OCI in 3 months.
We have found that JD Edwards on OCI is easier to migrate, manage, and is more flexible to scale. Thanks to Oracle’s Continuous Innovation, tools upgrades are completed in a quick and timely manner.
